Project & Manufacturing Engineer
and shape the future of PV module production. You’ll support new equipment quotations, optimize manufacturing processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that boost productivity and quality across multiple sites.
What You’ll Do
Develop and refine processes for stringing, lamination, framing, and final testing
Manage projects from scope and budgeting to installation and launch
Implement SPC, PFMEA, and control plans to meet UL/IEC/ISO standards
Lead equipment qualification, automation improvements, and recipe optimization
Mentor and train team members while driving kaizen and cost-reduction projects
What You Bring
B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related engineering field
3+ years in high-volume automated manufacturing (PV/electronics a plus)
Hands‑on experience with robotics, control systems, and plant automation
Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, and structured problem solving
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and project management skills
Be part of a team powering the clean energy revolution
Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level

Base pay range : $90,000 – $105,000 per year
