Salary Range:
$90,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience)

Founded in 2007, Tiara Sun Development has become one of Phoenix's premier custom home builders, specializing in high‑end residential projects ranging from $500k renovations to $13M custom homes, with an average project value around $4.5M.
Our core values – Integrity, Collaboration, Legacy, and Advocacy – shape how we work. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a two‑structure, multi‑year project located in North Scottsdale, combining office‑based project management with on‑site leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance.
Manage bids, subcontractor proposals, and trade partner selection.
Monitor construction quality and enforce AHJ and code requirements.
Maintain project schedules and cost tracking.
Document daily logs and provide weekly client updates via BuilderTrend.
Lead bi‑weekly meetings with clients and architects.
Review plans, coordinate RFIs, and resolve issues with consultants and engineers.
Provide proactive, professional communication to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in custom home construction (superintendent or project manager roles).
Structural steel framing experience is required.
Hillside custom home supervision required.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and high‑end residential building practices.
Proficiency with BuilderTrend and Bluebeam (or willingness to learn).
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage both office and field responsibilities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Transparency, integrity, professionalism, and assertiveness with diplomacy.
Self‑starter with a sense of urgency and ability to stay cool under pressure.
Strong relationships with trade partners, architects, and engineers.
Background check required for final employment.
Compensation & Benefits
Full‑time, W‑2 employee.
Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience and portfolio.
