Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager – Custom Residential Construction We Search People are working with a high-end residential builder, whose projects range from luxury new builds to large-scale renovations. They’re seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in custom residential construction to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple home builds. You’ll be the primary point of contact between clients, designers, subcontractors, and the internal construction team, ensuring every project meets schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Base pay range $90,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of custom home construction projects – from pre-construction through close-out

Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients

Prepare and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports

Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with plans/specs

Lead project meetings and resolve any field or design issues promptly

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and building codes

Track change orders, RFIs, and project documentation using construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct)

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in residential construction management (custom homes preferred)

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
