Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital group seeking an Associate Veterinarian. By joining this hospital group, you will place yourself in a practice that provides autonomous medicine while maintaining the highest standard of care to pets in the community.
Working Hours / Rota The hospital is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and closed on Sunday and Monday. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with 30+ hours per week qualifying for full benefits. The hospital is open to discussing a range of scheduling options.
Role Description And Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will manage a broad caseload, providing preventive and routine care through to outpatient surgeries and dentistry. Clinical responsibilities include wellness exams, vaccinations, flea, tick and heartworm prevention, illness and injury management, dental cleanings and extractions, mass removal and biopsy, foreign body removal, spay and neuter procedures, and diagnostic imaging. This role offers the opportunity to practice autonomous medicine in a supportive environment.
Practice Details The hospital is equipped with an onsite surgical suite, IDEXX laboratory, digital radiography including dental X-rays, Vetology AI Radiography, and Butterfly iQ+ Ultrasound. Services provided include preventive care, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. Candidate Requirements
Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
