Introduction Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital group seeking an Associate Veterinarian. The hospitals provide autonomous medicine while maintaining the highest standards of care for pets in the community.
Working Hours / Rota The hospital is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and closed on Sundays. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with 30+ hours per week qualifying for full benefits. The hospital is open to discussing a range of schedules to accommodate work‑life balance.
Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will manage a varied caseload, providing comprehensive services from preventive wellness and vaccinations to outpatient surgery and dentistry. Clinical responsibilities include routine wellness care, illness and injury management, flea, tick and heartworm prevention, imaging, surgery, and dentistry such as dental cleanings and extractions. Additional services include spay and neuter procedures, mass removal and biopsy, foreign‑body removal, and internal medicine support. The role offers an opportunity to practice autonomous medicine within a collaborative hospital environment.
Practice Details The hospital is fully equipped with an onsite surgical suite, IDEXX laboratory, digital radiography including dental X‑rays, Vetology AI Radiography, and Butterfly iQ+ Ultrasound. As a full‑service hospital, it delivers a wide scope of care covering preventive medicine, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry.
Team The hospital promotes a supportive and collaborative team environment where veterinarians are empowered to deliver the highest level of care.
Candidate Requirements
Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA).
Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in.
Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so.
Package Salary up to $203,000 (Annual).
$95,600 - $203k Base salary + production
