Apply as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PRN) at Comprehensive Treatment Centers (CTC) in Evansville, IN. In this role you will deliver comprehensive medical care within our outpatient Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT) Opioid Treatment Program (OTP).
Role Overview The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) delivers high‑quality medical services, including physical examinations, medication management, and education for clients receiving MAT. The APP collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physical assessments of patients.
Perform physical examinations for patients admitted for medication maintenance.
Ensure compliance with physician medication orders and consult supervisors as needed.
Adjust treatment plans based on diagnostics and patient feedback.
Provide patient and staff education on medication maintenance.
Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic policy.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings (outpatient, residential, or correctional).
Familiarity with Medication‑Assisted Treatment (methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone).
Knowledge of state regulatory standards (42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, Joint Commission).
No history of alcohol or drug misuse for three years prior to employment.
Licenses & Certifications
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Licensed to practice in the state of Indiana.
Active DEA license.
