and be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team serving youth ages 12-25 at our
allcove™ center
in Oak Park and across the Sacramento region.
This is a
full‑time position
ideal for a clinician eager to make a lasting impact. You'll provide individual, group, and family therapy, conduct clinical assessments, and coordinate care to support youth experiencing mild to moderate mental health needs. Working closely with peers and community partners, you'll help create a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment where young people can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver trauma‑informed, culturally responsive therapy and mental health services
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide care coordination
Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions
Connect youth to internal and external resources, including healthcare, education, and community supports
Participate in case reviews, multidisciplinary team meetings, and quality improvement activities
Engage in outreach and youth‑led programming to reduce stigma and increase access to care
Travel occasionally to GSUL's Del Paso Heights location and other community sites as needed
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Active California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in good standing (required)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health services to adolescents or transitional‑age youth
Skilled in trauma‑informed, developmentally appropriate, and culturally responsive care
Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills
Bilingual in Spanish or another language is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $90,000‑$110,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
Standard schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends for community events
