We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Construction Project Manager with extensive experience on large commercial building projects. This role leads mechanical construction efforts from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems on large commercial projects
Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Provide mentorship and leadership to project staff
Requirements
Proven experience managing large commercial mechanical projects
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to drive project performance and deliver results
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
