Regulatory Engineer
to
lead compliance efforts
for advanced hardware systems, ensuring products meet international standards and certifications. Responsibilities
Develop and implement global regulatory compliance strategies Obtain and maintain certifications (CE, UL, RoHS, WEEE, REACH, FCC) Work with engineering teams to integrate compliance into designs Manage external labs and certification processes Maintain technical files and documentation Track global regulations and implement updates proactively Support customer audits and regulatory inquiries Act as the in-house expert on safety, EMC, and environmental compliance Qualifications
5+ years regulatory or compliance engineering experience Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field Knowledge of product safety and environmental compliance for electronics or electromechanical systems Hands-on experience with CE marking, UL/IEC/EN standards, RoHS, REACH Experience with thermal or fluid-handling systems a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup-like environment Seniority Level
