Responsibilities and Duties

Strive to complete 15 to 50 successful closings annually to maintain sales goals.

Maintain an active Florida Real Estate license and comply with continuing education requirements.

Be a member of local and national REALTOR® associations.

Uphold the business core values and Code of Ethics at all times.

Respond promptly to all client inquiries to ensure unparalleled customer service.

Attend company sales meetings and other scheduled events.

Prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), identify marketing strategies, list, and market homes for sellers.

Be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Demonstrate strong time‑management and organizational skills.
