Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced HUMINT Analyst to support SOCCENT in the execution of HUMINT and intelligence operations. This role requires a skilled professional with extensive experience in HUMINT planning, coordination, and targeting, particularly within the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). You will provide essential non-personal labor, materials, and services to assist SOCCENT staff in HUMINT planning and execution—including data collection, analysis, coordination, and reporting—while integrating, synchronizing, and prioritizing HUMINT missions to achieve operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support CI/HUMINT collectors in the CENTCOM AOR. Research, analyze, and create CI/HUMINT Lead Sheets, Support Packages, and Asset Validation Packages for CI/HUMINT Targeting and Lead Development operations. Gather and analyze Publicly Available Information (PAI) using managed attribution research tools to support CI/HUMINT Targeting Lead Development.

Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience performing HUMINT-related operations in relevant intelligence or military units. At least five years of experience in Collection Management and all-source analysis, with a minimum of two years in a managerial position supporting HUMINT programs. Advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, High-Value Individual (HVI) Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Pattern of Life Analysis. Proficient in information databases including HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting, GCOMS, CRATE, and CHROME. Strong knowledge of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and related skills. Expertise in applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information for HUMINT analysis. Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines. Counterintelligence analysis experience focused on the USCENTCOM AOR. Counterintelligence experience working with a Federal Law Enforcement organization. Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR.

Education & Eligibility

U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Dual Citizen. Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph. Bachelor’s Degree.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

Compensation varies by location, experience, and skill set. For positions in California, Colorado, D.C., Maryland, New York, or Washington the salary range is $85,000 – $120,000 annually. Our benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, dependent care, HSA, 401(k) with match, PTO, and professional development opportunities.
