Position Summary: The incumbent coordinates and directs care to individuals and families using a holistic approach. The nursing process is used as a structured mechanism for critical thinking and problem solving in providing effective and appropriate care within a safe and confidential environment from admission to discharge. The incumbent is responsible for collaborating with members of the health care team, providing leadership, personal/professional development and conducting themselves professionally. Responsibilities

The incumbent coordinates and directs care to individuals and families using a holistic approach, applying the nursing process as a structured mechanism for critical thinking and problem solving to provide effective and appropriate care within a safe and confidential environment from admission to discharge. They collaborate with the health care team, lead and develop professionally, and conduct themselves professionally. Minimum Qualifications

At least 1 year experience as ICU/PACU/Procedural or Interventional Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. Current CA RN license. Current BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association. Other certifications may be required. Preferred Qualifications
