Essential Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations from ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation of all food products to guest relations, flow of business, and service standards.
Supervise all front-of-house areas (front desk, bar/lounge, kitchen, and main dining room) to ensure service standards and correct business flow.
Manage financial operations: safe accuracy, change orders, bar banks, tip reconciliation, invoice coding, vendor calls, and operating account management.
Handle all human resource responsibilities for the crew.
Forecast product needs based on inventory counts.
Write and manage schedules for Server, Bartender, Host, Busser, and supervisory workgroups.
Develop incentive programs, sales, and marketing services to drive business.
Ensure all food products meet company recipe specifications for preparation and quality.
Recognize and coach crew to maintain performance standards.
Make labor management decisions each shift.
Participate in crew interviews and new crew selection.
Essential Skills / Experience
At least 21 years of age.
Four years of experience as a Manager in any industry.
Two years of experience as a Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
College degree in a related field (business, hospitality, or restaurant management) preferred.
Flexible schedule; able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent longevity in current and prior positions.
Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., carry up to 120 lbs. over 10-20 ft., and reach up to 6 ft. at a 36-42 inch counter height.
Capacity to move through 24- inch aisles and spaces as small as 12 inches.
