OUR OPPORTUNITY The Recruitment Manager will support the global recruitment function, assisting in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent across both corporate and property-level roles. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition who is eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment. Working closely with the Executive Director of Global Recruitment, this person will play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience, supporting internship and Management-in-Training (MIT) programs, and contributing to all ongoing and upcoming recruitment projects that shape the company’s future. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Executive Director of Global Recruitment to support hiring initiatives across corporate and property-level positions. Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews. Support the hiring and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Assist the Executive Director of Global Recruitment with strategic initiatives, including global pipeline development and recruitment strategies. Support in creating SOPs and standard processes to improve efficiency and consistency across recruitment efforts. Contribute to the management and development of internship programs and the Management-in-Training (MIT) program. Support all ongoing and upcoming projects related to recruitment, ensuring timely execution and collaboration across teams. Help maintain recruitment tools, job postings, and candidate tracking systems. Provide recruitment reporting, metrics, and insights to support decision‑making. Assist at career fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities as needed. About You (The Ideal Candidate) 3+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Detail‑oriented, resourceful, and comfortable with recruitment systems and tools (Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Hospitality experience preferred. Passionate about hospitality, people, and building future talent pipelines.
