Job Description The Executive Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks for senior executives, including calendar management, coordinating domestic and international travel, attending board meetings, and supporting office events. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to C‑suite leaders.
Manage extensive executive calendars, including scheduling and conflict resolution.
Coordinate domestic and international travel plans.
Attend board meetings and record meeting minutes.
Process expense reports and track expenditures.
Coordinate office events and prepare meeting logistics.
Qualifications
7–10 years of experience providing executive support to C‑suite leaders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur expense system.
Strong communication skills, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated.
Bachelor’s degree required.
