Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and effective support for the team. This includes maintaining files, scheduling meetings, handling communications, coordinating travel, processing expense reports, and assisting with general office administration. Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and address inquiries professionally and promptly. Maintain and update calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting rooms. Perform clerical tasks including filing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and sorting mail. Produce and distribute memos, letters, and other correspondence. Book travel arrangements and organize conferences or conference calls. Submit and reconcile expense reports, monitor invoices, and approve expenditures. Order office supplies and manage inventory. Assist in creating presentations and respond to information requests. Experience in administrative support, data entry, and assisting upper management in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Dependable, proactive, organized, and professional. Bachelor’s degree preferred but relevant experience will be considered.
