Functional Lead - GL / SLA The Work

The Oracle EBS Functional Lead is responsible for leading the complex business and system analysis, design, and testing. Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate functional team activities Provide guidance and direction to the functional team, ensuring alignment with project goals. Oversee the implementation of Oracle EBS solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks. Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery methodology, promoting efficient and effective project delivery. Facilitate communication between teams, fostering a cohesive working environment. Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill growth and knowledge sharing. Stay informed about Oracle EBS updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement. Here is What You Need

8+ years experience in Oracle EBS or applicable/relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of Oracle EBS solutions and their implementation. Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Ability to align Oracle EBS project goals with broader business objectives, ensuring strategic alignment. Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within Oracle EBS project teams. Familiarity with Oracle EBS tools and technologies, as well as a commitment to staying updated on industry trends. Nice to Have

Experience in modules such as Fixed Assets, Accounts Payables, Purchasing, Procurement, Accounts Receivables, Benefits, Cash Management, Treasury, General Ledger, Payroll. Eligibility Requirements

US Citizenship (no dual citizenship) Compensation

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $146,100—$278,500 USD. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
