Lead high-impact recruiting strategies and deliver top-tier talent across a fast-growing financial services organization.

A national financial services company is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles across multiple business lines, including Sales, IT, and corporate leadership. This role will drive proactive sourcing, streamline hiring processes, and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy and market trends.

This position can be based in either Tampa Bay, FL or Dallas, TX with a hybrid work arrangement.

Position Overview The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will oversee the recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business objectives. This individual will manage a diverse portfolio of roles, lead strategic sourcing efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable, high-quality recruiting processes. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at relationship-building, and brings deep expertise in both tactical recruiting and strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing

Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Develop and maintain strong pipelines of talent for current and future hiring needs.

Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, market dynamics, and role priorities.

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter , professional networks, and targeted sourcing strategies to identify top candidates.

Manage requisition intake, job postings, and candidate flow in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Partnership & Advisory

Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and HR partners on hiring decisions and workforce planning.

Build and maintain relationships across departments to ensure alignment between hiring strategies and organizational goals.

Deliver regular updates on recruiting metrics, market insights, and candidate activity.

Process Optimization & Compliance

Ensure compliance with all employment laws, policies, and data integrity standards within the ATS.

Collaborate on projects to improve recruiting processes, tools, and team capabilities.

Track and analyze recruiting performance to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Partner with HR colleagues to streamline onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through inclusive sourcing and hiring practices.

Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines and job levels.

Proven success hiring for Sales, Technology, and leadership roles in complex or matrixed organizations.

Experience managing a high volume of requisitions with attention to detail and consistency.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) — experience with UltiPro / UKG a plus.

Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and recruiting compliance standards.

Preferred Experience & Skills

Experience within financial services, mortgage, or professional services industries.

Project management experience related to process re‑engineering or new tool implementation.

Requirements 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including managing multiple requisitions across functions. Proven success recruiting for sales, technology, and leadership roles in complex or matrixed organizations. Experience in financial services or mortgage industries strongly preferred. Strong project management skills and experience implementing new processes or tools. Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Proficiency with ATS systems (UltiPro / UKG experience a plus).
