Requirements The R.I.S.E. (Rotational Immersion Skills Building Experience) is a 12‑month training and development rotational program designed to provide exposure across multiple departments within our organization. As an employee, you will gain direct insight into our business operations in our Cleveland, OH headquarters/manufacturing facilities. The program is structured to focus on:
Enhancing your understanding of growth potential within our company
Engaging you through a prescribed, hands‑on learning journey
Offering you targeted networking opportunities within our company
Challenging you to propose innovations and efficiencies
Developing your decision‑making skills through various projects and daily tasks
Gaining real‑world experience as well as practical knowledge through a blended learning approach
Receiving guidance from experienced Team Members in each rotation
R.I.S.E. is a 12‑month rotational program focused on the Account Management, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain functions. You’ll select three of these areas to explore through three, 4‑month rotations—all within the same Cleveland facility. The program concludes with a capstone project, giving you the chance to demonstrate what you’ve learned and present your insights to executive leadership.
Account Management Specialist Rotation Work with customer inquiries, partner with outside sales to drive our strategic vision; increase customer retention; and collaborate with manufacturing to ensure operational excellence.
Operations Specialist Rotation Help maintain production work order flow/inventory accuracy in 8 different departments. You will also coordinate efforts with key departments to provide superior internal/external customer service.
Finance Specialist Rotation Step into the world of corporate finance by supporting key functions like accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting. You will assist with customer and vendor setup, invoice processing, collections, and fraud identification.
Supply Chain Specialist Rotation Gain first‑hand experience working with Inventory Management, Procurement, and Logistics. Focus areas will include supplier involvement, chain operations, and product distribution.
Education Your education, desire to learn the business, customer‑centric approach, need to resolve issues, technological aptitude, and teamwork make you a good fit for this program. The ideal candidate will:
Demonstrate strong analytical/problem‑solving skills and be able to manage priorities.
Have a track record of effective written and verbal communication skills.
Possess proven ability to take initiative and drive for results.
Be a recent business‑oriented program graduate (Associates or Bachelors) or transitioning from military service.
Have experience in operations or practical internship work experience in manufacturing.
