Base Pay Range $145,000.00 /yr – $215,000.00 /yr
What You’ll Do
Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, S‑Corps, C‑Corps, and trusts.
Supervise, train, and mentor staff and senior accountants, providing ongoing feedback and guidance.
Conduct tax research and resolve complex issues while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering proactive communication and high‑quality service.
Identify and implement tax‑saving strategies and planning opportunities.
Partner with firm leadership on workflow management, quality control, and staff development.
Stay up to date on tax law changes and best practices to ensure clients receive accurate, strategic advice.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation preferred).
CPA license required.
5+ years of progressive public accounting experience, including recent tax review and leadership responsibilities.
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax laws.
Proficiency in tax software such as CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or ProSystem fx.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
