Expect weekend and holiday work. Daily operations are broken into morning and evening shifts. No previous experience required.

About The Role:

This Operations Leader role is to help promote a productive environment allowing the team to have quality guest interactions. You will lead a team of ski technicians in delivering rental equipment, plan shifts, ensure quality equipment, and answer guest questions. You will also be responsible for growing the business and will be rewarded as it grows. We look for someone who has ownership, is self‑motivated, driven to succeed, and wants to grow this business and share in that success.

Location‑specific, customer‑service based bonuses (four total in-season)

Primary Responsibilities

Pre‑season shop set‑up

Weekly scheduling

Daily operations planning and execution

Hands‑on shop shifts, coaching Team Leaders and Ski Technicians

Weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports and manager

Weekly resourcing reports

Labor and expense management

Secondary Responsibilities

Strong, confident, and professional communication skills

Ability to balance time between sales and operations effectively through use of calendar, coaching, and provided tools

Detail‑oriented with good note‑taking skills

Ability to accept and deliver necessary feedback

Polished writing skills are a plus

Previous sales experience is a plus

Previous management/leadership experience is a plus
