Job Function Sales Enablement – Contract Operations
Summary Responsible for analyzing, processing, and maintaining contracts for Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM) and Managed Care Organizations (MCO) within the Managed Markets & Specialty team, supporting cross‑functional teams and ensuring accurate financial data and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain contracts, including loading of contract pricing information and processing rebate payments.
Demonstrate a customer service mentality, effective communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex information.
Communicate payment status, deadlines, and process improvements to associates, peers, and management.
Lead projects and initiatives to streamline and improve contract management processes across departments.
Support departmental projects using business knowledge, systems, decision‑making, and project management skills.
Partner with cross‑functional teams, including Operating Companies and field personnel, providing high‑level customer service.
Transfer knowledge across departments and to Operating Companies, understanding the impact on business partners.
Apply analytical skills to discuss contracting data with internal and external partners.
Understand the full contracting continuum and troubleshoot problems with limited supervision.
Run and analyze reports, perform SOX analysis, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Ability to handle conflicting priorities and meet deliverables and deadlines.
Experience with data analytics, including analysis, interpretation, and presentation to leadership.
Strong relationship‑building with internal and external partners.
Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Preferred: experience in contract development, contracting systems, business analytics, finance analytics, legal analytics, contract analytics, financial and audit controls, project management, healthcare industry experience, Model‑N or SOX, database management.
Travel Up to 5% domestic travel.
