Key Responsibilities
Architectural Strategy & Ownership: Define and own the entire end‑to‑end technical architecture for the platform, including the data flow, integration patterns, and security model.
Prototyping & Validation: Lead the design and technical roadmap development, including building a pseudo‑product/prototype to validate technical feasibility, security compliance, and adherence to established UX/design standards.
Full‑Stack Technical Leadership: Provide expert, hands‑on architectural guidance across the Frontend (React, React Native), Backend (Java Spring Boot), Messaging (Kafka), and Cloud components.
Scalability & Design: Design and champion microservices‑based and event‑driven architectures, ensuring all components are modular, secure, highly scalable, and optimized for high performance.
DevOps & Observability: Define and implement the DevOps strategy using CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Docker, and Kubernetes. Establish a robust observability framework, including application monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing.
Security & Compliance: Embed security best practices into the design, focusing on API security (OAuth/JWT), secure coding, and enforcing customer security and technical living standards.
Mentorship & Quality: Mentor and guide cross‑functional development teams, promoting code quality, standards enforcement, and strategic management of technical debt.
Innovation: Evaluate new technologies and architectural patterns, recommending solutions that support long‑term business goals and drive platform innovation.
Essential Technical Skills

Backend: Mastery of Java Spring Boot, including advanced Java concepts (Concurrency, JVM tuning).
Messaging: Deep practical experience with Kafka for event‑driven architecture.
Database: Strong expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), including advanced database design and query optimization.
Cloud & DevOps: Extensive experience with CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes, and a major cloud provider (Google Cloud Platform or Azure).
Architecture Patterns: Demonstrated success designing and implementing Microservices and Event‑Driven Architectures.
Security: Proficient in API Security (OAuth/JWT), secure coding, and security audits.
Performance: Proven ability to diagnose and optimize performance across the full application stack.
