The Clinical Partner (CP) provides basic technical nursing skills (deemed competent) and delegated tasks (e.g., wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, Foley catheter removal) under the supervision of a registered nurse, in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statutes, and BHSF policy. The CP is a valued member of the nursing team, working closely with the RN to deliver safe, quality, patient-centered care. Tasks that cannot be delegated include assessment and evaluation of the impact of interventions on patient care. Estimated pay range for this position is $17.02 - $22.13/hour, depending on experience. Qualifications

High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience. Licensed Practical Nurse license. Basic Life Support certification. Certified Nursing Assistant certification. Additional Qualifications: CNA or LPN required. 2 years of experience preferred. Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in Florida is preferred. EOE, including disability/vets
