Job Title Business Systems Analyst – ERP

Job Overview Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - ERP Configuration and Integration Consultant to join our client to lead the rollout and optimization of enterprise business systems across multiple service brands. Based in Grand Rapids, MI, this direct‑hire role begins remote and will transition to a hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite) once office space is secured, with up to 30% travel required. The consultant will serve as a subject‑matter expert for ERP and CRM, guiding system configuration, financial reporting, and user adoption. This highly visible role will be central to strengthening accounting processes, streamlining data management, and ensuring scalable growth across the organization.

Work Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with occasional off‑hours to support system changes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of Sage Intacct ERP and Real Green CRM to support financial and operational excellence.

Oversee project‑management activities including scope definition, timelines, risk assessment, and vendor coordination for system rollouts.

Develop and maintain financial and operational reporting to support accounting teams and business leaders in decision‑making.

Manage master‑data strategy, conversion, and governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across entities.

Deliver user training, system documentation, and ongoing support to drive adoption, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system utilization.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in ERP/CRM implementation, system consulting, or business systems analysis within service‑oriented industries.

Strong accounting knowledge, with ability to interpret and support P&Ls, balance sheets, and general ledger structures.

Background in project management and consulting, ideally with prior experience at a software provider or consulting firm (e.g., Big 4, Netsuite, ERP/CRM vendor).

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications in ERP/CRM or project management are preferred.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and train large groups.
