About the Role We are seeking high‑energy, driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our U.S. Sales team. This is an exciting entry‑level role ideal for recent college graduates or professionals with customer service or sales experience who are eager to launch a career in SaaS sales.

Responsibilities

Act as a professional expert by understanding customer needs and addressing them head‑on.

Connect with prospects through written and verbal communication.

Conduct qualifying calls with prospects to identify pain points and effectively communicate relevant information to Account Executives.

Understand and communicate Siteimprove solutions.

Source pipeline via direct outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) based on our prospect database and your own research.

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline goals while providing an excellent experience for prospective customers.

Help grow the sales team and build a scalable, repeatable process.

Complete sales training assignments and continuously improve quickly.

Adapt quickly to our fast‑paced, dynamic organization.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Love to prospect and warm up leads for the sales team.

Curious and ask thorough, pointed questions.

Qualify leads and drive new opportunities.

Excellent prioritization skills.

Professional communicator, both written and verbally.

Self‑motivated, dedicated, and driven to succeed.

Passion for meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Team player with entrepreneurial spirit, willing to try innovative ideas.

Positive, aggressive, and goal‑oriented attitude.

Preferred Background

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, customer service, or sales.

Salary

$48,347 – $60,434 per year.

Additional compensation includes quarterly commissions subject to the applicable commission plan.

The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors, including work location, relevant knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
