Raytheon is a leading defense and aerospace contractor committed to defending freedom and deterring aggression. The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team integrates, verifies, and validates our products through laboratory and field testing to ensure they work reliably and safely.

What You Will Do

Perform integration, verification, and field testing to ensure the system under test meets specifications and requirements.

Collect and analyze test data, providing detailed reports of results.

Trace and correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems, including failure reporting, corrective action, and fault‑tree analysis.

Create and modify documentation for formal testing reviews, such as Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.

Support field testing and travel to support one‑ or two‑week test events.

Champion respect, ethics, and initiatives within the organization.

This position requires on‑site work at Raytheon’s Tucson facility with no remote work available.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Math, or related STEM discipline.

Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in hardware systems integration, platform integration, or flight test support.

Experience supporting field tests or systems deployed in the field.

Proficiency with lab/field test equipment and verification and validation methods.

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience planning flight tests with international suppliers and customers.

Experience creating integration and verification strategies.

Technician experience on military platforms (fixed wing, rotary wing, ground‑based, or ship‑based).

Experience integrating RF communications systems on ground platforms.

Experience working in a test environment with emphasis on test execution.

What We Offer We offer a competitive salary range of $82,000 USD to $164,000 USD, along with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term/long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spend accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, leadership development, and holiday pay.
