Global HR Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled
Global HR Operations Specialist
to join a fast‑paced, internationally distributed team. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with deep expertise in HR processes, global compliance, and service excellence. You will be at the center of delivering high‑impact HR services while supporting a wide range of business operations and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Execute complex business process transactions, including HRIS entries (primarily in
Workday ), to support regional and global operations.
Interpret and apply company policies, employment laws, and HR procedures to resolve employee inquiries; escalate issues to Centers of Excellence as appropriate.
Ensure timely and high‑quality service delivery in alignment with defined
SLAs and KPIs .
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regional employment law, HR compliance, and immigration requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Partner with global teams to coordinate international mobility, visa processing, and regulatory compliance.
Lead or support initiatives focused on
process creation, automation, documentation,
and continuous improvement.
Leverage analytics and service metrics to recommend and implement enhancements to shared services delivery.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and COEs to tailor and deploy HR programs and initiatives.
Manage onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Support
payroll administration
and reporting in collaboration with Finance and Payroll teams.
Contribute to cross‑functional projects and HR strategic initiatives as needed.
What You Bring
5+ years
of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience, with
3+ years
in a global shared services environment preferred.
Deep understanding of
HR business processes , international labor laws, compliance, and HR policy interpretation.
Strong judgment and independence in decision‑making within established HR frameworks.
Proven ability to manage
confidential information
with integrity and discretion.
Demonstrated excellence in
customer service , problem solving, and conflict resolution.
Highly collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable in fast‑paced environments and skilled in managing multiple priorities.
Advanced proficiency in
Workday ,
ServiceNow , and
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with
Jira
and
Confluence
is a plus.
Familiarity with using
KPIs/SLAs
to monitor and improve HR operations.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field—or equivalent hands‑on experience.
Prior experience in the
technology industry
is preferred.
