Responsibilities
Move personal injury cases through litigation from inception to trial or settlement.
Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Investigate facts, analyze damages, and develop case theory.
Advise clients and represent them at settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial.
Handle civil rights cases as required.
Collaborate with a talented team of attorneys and support staff.
Qualifications
Minimum of two years’ experience in personal injury law; familiarity with California practice and procedure.
Strong writing, argumentation, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent oral advocacy and client communication.
Preferred: experience in civil rights litigation.
Salary & Benefits Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year. Benefits include 100% employer‑paid group health, vision, and dental coverage; 401(k); FSA and DCFSA; bonus pay; professional development; and annual trial college in Los Cabos, Mexico.
