About The Role Kitsch is seeking a highly organized and creative Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support and expand our influencer marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to enhance Kitsch’s digital presence and brand awareness. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a keen understanding of social media trends, and experience in influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

Research, identify, and outreach to influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors that align with Kitsch’s brand values and target audience

Manage influencer collaborations, including contract negotiations, content guidelines and approvals, and campaign execution

Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships

Coordinate product seeding initiatives to ensure timely deliveries and maximize brand exposure

Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives

Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to align influencer collaborations with overall brand strategies and campaigns

Stay informed on industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging influencers to keep Kitsch ahead in the influencer marketing space

Assist in organizing influencer events, collaborations, and product launches

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of influencer platforms, social media analytics, and marketing tools

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Passion for beauty, fashion, and social media trends

About The Offer

Location: US

Type of Contract: Full-Time

Modality: Remote

Competitive Pay: $50,000 - $70,000 (Depending on your experience)
