Primary Function
The Centralized Account Executives market wholesale and correspondent products and services to prospective brokers/bankers through leads and centralized telemarketing channels. Additionally, the Centralized Account Exec-DTB manages established broker relations, including broker approvals, education, customer service, and quality management regarding process, product, and technology. Principal Duties
Formulate and establish funding projections/goals in conjunction with Wholesale leadership to align with loan production, quality, and volume targets. Perform initial contact to prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinate broker approval processes through inbound and outbound calls. Use company-provided leads and marketing resources to meet minimum volume goals. Collaborate with Wholesale leadership and corporate partners to develop and implement marketing strategies within assigned territories. Conduct online presentations at broker offices to promote the company’s value proposition and present our process, product, and technology platforms. Serve as a subject matter expert on company policies, procedures, products, and technology. Collaborate with loan operations to manage active pipelines and escalate second reviews when necessary. Establish communication protocols with Client Relations Managers to optimize service delivery. Assist clients with lock reconciliation, extensions, and exceptions. Ensure clients understand the company's loan processing, underwriting, and closing processes. Education and Experience Requirements
Graduation from a 4-year college or university in a related discipline, or equivalent experience. 4+ years in sales and/or real estate. 2+ years in mortgage sales, including Government and Conventional products such as FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC. Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements
Knowledge of local real estate markets. Working knowledge of investor guidelines, underwriting policies, and loan products. Management reserves the right to modify duties as necessary. All employees must have smartphones meeting security standards with apps like Okta Verify and Microsoft Authenticator. Employment is contingent on this requirement.
