Responsibilities
Perform internal due diligence to ensure accuracy and completeness of land rights or to identify and bring forward deficiencies requiring curative action.
Prepare land‑related contracts and agreements using preapproved templates.
Ability to plan and organize workload, adjust to changing priorities, and work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
Effectively use Owner's established policies, procedures, processes to perform work.
Qualifications
Understanding of various land‑related contracts and agreements for construction, operation and maintenance of existing and new facilities, including but not limited to fee simple, rights‑of‑way, leases, temporary workspace agreements, licenses, permits and ordinances.
Knowledge of how to read and interpret land legal descriptions.
Must have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Right of Way/Real Estate industry working in the capacity of a Document Specialist.

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
