[Hybrid] Korean Bilingual Executive Admin Assistant (16215-1) – JND Inc.
Location 6625 Excellence Way, Plano, TX
Job Type Full‑time, Regular
Work Arrangement Hybrid: M‑Th On‑Site, Fri Remote
Compensation $28‑30/hr

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of EA experience supporting VP‑level executives and staff
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
Experience managing executive itineraries, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and tools such as Tableau
Ability to handle confidential materials with discretion
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects with minimal or no direction.
Manage scheduling for executive leaders, resolving conflicts and prioritizing meetings.
Maintain the executive’s itinerary and schedule with specific attention to detail.
Prepare executive‑level reports and compile data into comprehensive formats.
Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodations, including meeting scheduling.
Schedule executive conference rooms, maintain equipment, and provide meeting materials.
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, contracts, expense reports, and other documents.
Maintain network access, applications, and resolve network difficulties for the executive.
Support relations between executive, employees, and customers through thoughtful communication.
Participate in projects and committees as needed.
Manage office supplies, organize department events, and maintain general affairs.
Skills
Advanced proficiency in creating executive presentations with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships at all company levels.
Strong critical thinking and independent work ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean and English.
Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive materials.
Education / Experience Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience supporting VP‑level executives and staff.
