The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) supports financial advisors and branch teams by providing administrative assistance, client service, and operational support to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. BOAs are valued members of the client support team and contribute to a positive client experience. Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors Support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience Assist in developing and executing branch business plans and marketing initiatives Support client services such as scheduling, client meetings, and preparation of meeting materials Collaborate with a regional and home-office network for resource and process support Qualifications / Skills

Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; respond to inquiries and resolve issues; maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal teams Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process account transactions and maintain accurate client records Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor; manage scheduling, meeting materials, correspondence, and marketing support; help update SOPs and contribute to the branch business plan Technology: Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn tools such as Salesforce, MoneyGuide, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software Benefits & Culture
