Position Schedule Part‑time
Branch Address 101 W Burnsville Parkway, Suite 214, Burnsville, MN
Role Summary As a BOA you provide administrative support to advisors, manage client accounts, facilitate communications, and support marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong client relationships.
Support account opening, transfers, and other requests per advisor direction.
Maintain accurate records and prepare related documentation.
Handle appointment scheduling, meeting materials, and correspondence.
Support marketing initiatives and streamline branch business plan execution.
Qualifications
Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Adaptability, Conversational Skills, Digital Tool Utilization, Team Collaboration.
Strong computer literacy (MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
Benefits and Compensation Competitive pay: $26.10 – $27.74/hr with opportunities for merit‑based increases.
