As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face (or voice) of our organization—helping members with questions, resolving concerns, and making sure every interaction leaves them smiling. You’ll be part of a collaborative, remote‑first team that values empathy, communication, and continuous growth.
What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional support to members
Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and guide members through our services
Maintain accurate records and follow up on open cases
Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve the member experience
Bring positive energy and a problem‑solving mindset to every interaction
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
A passion for helping people and solving problems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using technology and learning new tools
Previous customer service experience is a plus—but not required!
Must be flexible with shifts available

Work Setting:
On‑site training until released to a hybrid setup (2 days on site and 3 days work from home)
Pay rate:
$19.50 per hour
Shift Schedule:

Training Duration:
2–3 months
Shift Schedule Details:
No time off during training** Shifts available: (2 days off; 1 fixed day off + 1 rotating day off) Mon ‑ Sat 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM Sun ‑ Fri 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM
