As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face (or voice!) of our organization—helping members with questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves them smiling. Join a collaborative, remote‑first team that values empathy, communication, and continuous growth.
What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional support to members.
Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and guide members through our services.
Maintain accurate records and follow up on open cases.
Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve the member experience.
Bring positive energy and a problem‑solving mindset to every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
A passion for helping people and solving problems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using technology and learning new tools.
Previous customer service experience is a plus—though not required.
Must be flexible with shifts available.
Job Details
Position Title: Member Service Representative
Location: Pensacola, Florida
Placement Type: Contract to Hire (no contract end date!)
Work Setting: On‑site training until released to a hybrid setup (2 days on‑site and 3 days work‑from‑home)
Pay rate: $17.50 per hour
Shift Schedule: Flex
Training Duration: 2–3 months
No time off during training
Shift preferences will be taken into consideration but will not be guaranteed.
Shifts available: (2 days off; 1 fixed day off + 1 rotating day off)
Mon – Sat
10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
12:30 PM – 10:00 PM
2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Sun – Fri
3:30 PM – 1:00 AM
4:00 PM – 1:30 AM
4:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $17.50 – $17.50 per hour.
