global manufacturing leader
to identify an accomplished
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist III
who can drive operational excellence, safety leadership, and environmental compliance across multiple sites.
This is your chance to influence both people and process building programs that go beyond compliance to deliver true cultural transformation in workplace safety and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion the
Drive to Zero
initiative, fostering a proactive safety culture at every site.
Conduct internal
multi-site EHS audits
ensuring compliance with
OSHA, EPA, Wisconsin DNR, DOT,
and other regulatory bodies.
Lead and deliver
regional EHS training programs , mentoring local specialists and operational teams.
Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze new projects and processes, embedding EHS excellence from the start.
Oversee
hazard prevention and control
programs, including incident investigations and emergency action plans.
Drive waste-reduction and recycling initiatives to advance sustainability and supply chain partnership goals.
Act as an
SAP Super User
for EHS-related processes.
Qualifications:
5+ years
of experience implementing occupational safety and environmental programs.
3+ years
in a
multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment.
Expertise in
OSHA recordkeeping, ergonomics, machine-guarding assessments, and hazardous waste classification.
Demonstrated success using
leading and lagging indicators
to improve workplace safety outcomes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with site leadership teams.
Familiarity with SAP, Lean methodologies, or Six Sigma is a plus.
