Recruiter
Location: Allenton, WI (Onsite)
Pay: $24-$29/hour

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Allenton, WI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term growth. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruiting cycle, with a particular focus on CDL-A driver recruitment.
Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions

Post and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards and platforms

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings

Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes as needed
Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of recruiting experience

Experience recruiting CDL-A drivers or similar transportation roles preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Schedule:
Full-time, onsite in Allenton, WI
Compensation:
$25-$29 per hour, depending on experience
Pay Details: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour
