Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Remote Recruiter located in Atlanta, GA 30339 zip code.
Pay Rate: $ 30.00/HR
Shift: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven recruiter with experience in collections or sales to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the collections/sales industry and a proven ability to source, engage, and hire top talent for roles.
Job Description:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for collections-related roles (e.g., Collections Agents, Recovery Specialists)
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Collaborate with HR and department leads to support onboarding and workforce planning.
- Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in collections/sales.
- Strong understanding of collections roles, terminology, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
