Their work is rooted in principles of fairness, inclusion, and respect for diverse perspectives. Currently, they are looking to add an Executive Assistant to their team.Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr - $27/hrPosition Overview:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. This role ensures efficient day-to-day operations, manages key organizational communications, and supports the execution of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a mission-focused, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of leadership.
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and preparation of financial reports as needed.
- Contribute to organizational projects, research, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Support office management duties, including supply ordering, vendor coordination, and maintaining organizational systems.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- 4+ years of experience as an executive assistant.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- Nonprofit experience is preferred.
- Experience directly supporting C-suite executives.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
