A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time On-Site Quality Control Inspector in Zelienople, PA!
Under the general supervision of the Quality Manager, the
Quality Control Inspector
will perform electrical, mechanical, and visual inspections on in-process and finished products. The role ensures product safety, quality compliance with specifications, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and ISO standards.
Quality Control Inspector Compensation
The pay for this position is $17.00/hr
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Quality Control Inspector Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position
Monday – Friday (1st Shift) Start time options: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities

Conduct in-process and final inspections, making accept/reject decisions per written procedures
·
Perform mechanical, physical, and visual inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges
·
Review and verify process travelers and product documentation for accuracy and completeness
·
Create and maintain quality records
·
Perform simple statistical analyses related to sampling
·
Provide quality support for ongoing projects
·
Assist in investigations and closures of Non-Conforming Material Reports
·
Participate in product, process, and internal audits
·
Coordinate inspection priorities with other departments
·
Help resolve documentation or non-compliance issues within the inspection process
Quality Control Inspector Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Technical degree or professional certification
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in electro-mechanical inspection within an FDA or ISO-regulated environment
Previous quality control experience
Skills:
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of mechanical and physical inspection tools and techniques
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures
