1st Shift What’s the Job? Conduct thorough electrical, mechanical, and visual inspections on in-process products and finished goods to guarantee they meet specified compliance standards. Verify documentation and process travelers for accuracy and completeness to ensure proper final release of products. Detect in-process defects, address quality-related inquiries, and evaluate quality issues directly on the production floor. Assist in internal audits and investigations concerning non-conforming materials. Collaborate on ongoing quality projects and coordinate with other departments to effectively prioritize inspections and documentation reviews. What’s Needed? A High School Diploma or GED is required; a technical degree or professional certification is preferred. At least one year of experience in electro-mechanical inspections, preferably in an FDA or ISO regulated environment. Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with mechanical and physical inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges. Capability to perform testing procedures and conduct basic statistical analysis related to sampling. What’s in it for you?
