Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Office Management Administrator to support daily HR operations and ensure smooth office management. This temporary role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration
- Support recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll coordination.
- Handle HR inquiries and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with employee engagement and events.
- Office Management
- Manage supplies, equipment, and facility coordination.
- Serve as the main contact for vendors and maintenance.
- Ensure office safety and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR, office administration, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
- Proficient in MS Office; HRIS/payroll experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
