LHH is seeking a Real Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of a commercial property portfolio in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for implementing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure well-managed and profitable properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to tenant relations and property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants; clarify lease terms and respond promptly to inquiries
Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution
Oversee property maintenance and repairs, including vendor coordination and supervision
Conduct regular inspections and submit detailed monthly reports
Prepare annual budgets, review financials, and report on variances
Serve as the primary point of contact for property-related matters
Ensure timely rent collection and manage delinquencies per company protocol
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work independently
