4 months Compensation: $ 22.00 - $26.00 per hour (W2) --- About the Role As a Sensory Facility Operations and Product Testing Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting product testing and sensory operations. This includes executing sample preparation, managing test logistics, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to research events and facility operations that drive product insights. Responsibilities Follow strict protocols for sample preparation, test setup, serving, panelist interaction, test calendar management, and post-test cleanup. Support sensory facility operations including setup and cleanup for experiments and evaluations, sample management, and equipment maintenance. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment in accordance with prescribed safety procedures and guidelines. Provide general support to the broader Product Insights team, including assistance with research events, facility tours, and record-keeping. Required Qualifications Detail-oriented with strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Physical capability to stand, bend, and move frequently; able to lift and transport light equipment or supplies (1020 lbs.). Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a sensory, scientific, or product development lab, or with taste tests. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent food preparation skills; comfortable and enthusiastic about working with food. Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) or willingness to obtain certification.
