Contract Duration:
4-12 months Worksite Location : Wichita, KS Compensation : $15 per hour What you'll do as a Customer Service Support Specialist:
Track shipments from shipper to receiver Communicate with customer/CTL on load updates and issues Carrier communication on ETA's, load status and issues Keep CR up to date on their assigned shipments OSD - collecting required info and pics for OSD to proceed with disposition Answer brokerage line - calls from carries on load updates What you'll bring to the Customer Service Support Specialist role:
