EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • High School Diploma • 3-5 years of relevant experience • Experience in similar industry or field

REQUIRED SKILLS • Previous experience in a receptionist, secretarial, or administrative role • Strong phone handling skills - answering and routing calls professionally • Ability to assemble folders and manage paperwork efficiently • Clear understanding that this is a strictly temporary role - no potential for full-time conversion

POSITION SUMMARY The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, job applicants, and other visitors at the Nassau General Office. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner • Answer and route approximately 15-20 incoming calls daily • Manage front desk operations including call routing and visitor check-in • Coordinate conference room reservations and food deliveries • Assist with administrative tasks such as assembling folders and handling paperwork • Cross-train on internal NYL systems as applicable
