Description:
Will participate in requirement & design discussions with customer, translate requirements to functional specs & document them in Jira/Confluence Will discuss requirements and provide clarifications to IT development team - offshore and onsite Will participate in design discussions with offshore team - provide technical guidance, challenge team on building robust, scalable solution Obtain sign-off on UI, requirements from customer Be a single point of contact for customer Demonstrate 'extreme ownership' of project deliverables during project & post production support Will participate on intra business unit design teams to complete projects. Will contribute to the team's technical development in the pursuit of the team's project goals. Will research causes to project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution. When required, should be able to "code" in React, .Net , SQL skills Skills
Should have worked as developer in the past - with hands-on experience of at least 5 years of web based .Net application development Microsoft technology development experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET 4.5 onwards, MVC, Web api, Bootstrap, Jquery, Angular, SQL 2012 onwards, SQL stored procedure. Hands on experience in handling production support tickets from L1 to L4 based on SLA metrics defined for production support tickets as well Strong knowledge in production support & application maintenance processes related to L2,L3, L4 is needed (Problem Management). Development experience - SDLC proficiency, Should be well versed with Jira, Confluence etc. Good problem solving capabilities in developed applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
