Job Summary
The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to receiving, picking, packing, and shipping within a regional supply fulfillment center. This role ensures the accurate handling, storage, and movement of materials to support efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Job Responsibilities
Perform all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, pallet and box breakdown, and material put-away into storage or flow racks
Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials for order processing
Initiate and process orders on the line, including pre-packaging, counting, and material transfers
Conduct physical inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
Pick items accurately and place them properly for packing and shipment
Package orders securely using appropriate materials such as air pillows and tape guns
Prepare pallets, affix shipping labels, and load trucks for outbound shipments
Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks
Perform offline order fulfillment, labeling, and general warehouse cleanup as needed
Follow all work instructions, safety standards, and company policies related to material management and workplace safety
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Job Requirements
Minimum of two years of warehouse or distribution experience required
Proficiency with shipping software and label printing systems
Ability to recognize items accurately and perform precise counts
Knowledge of proper packaging methods and material handling procedures
Understanding of safe lifting, cutting, and general warehouse practices
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently without assistance
Strong teamwork and communication skills with attention to detail

Requires flexibility to perform various warehouse functions as assigned
